{"id":4215,"date":"2020-03-31T18:55:24","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T16:55:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gtyabogados.com\/?p=4215"},"modified":"2020-03-31T18:57:23","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T16:57:23","slug":"recoverable-paid-leave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gtyabogados.com\/en\/recoverable-paid-leave\/","title":{"rendered":"RECOVERABLE PAID LEAVE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last Sunday, 29 March, Royal Decree-Law 10\/2020 was published in the Official State Gazette &#8211; which came into force on the same day &#8211; and a few hours later Order SND\/307\/2020, 30 March, was also published, establishing the interpretative criteria for the application of Royal Decree-Law 10\/2020, 29 March, and the model of responsible declaration to facilitate the necessary travels from the place of residence and the place of work.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">This Royal Decree-Law contains and specifies the measures that the Government had already announced regarding the <\/span><b>suspension of all non-essential economic activity<\/b>.
